Obituary of Doris L. Bolson

BOLSON, Doris L. (nee Fisher), age 68, died peacefully surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, May 10, 2008. Born in Waldwick, she was a life-long resident. Doris was employed by Wasmund Book Bindery of Waldwick and she was a homemaker. She is survived by her loving daughter Laurie and husband Anthony of Waldwick and her dear granddaughter Amy. Also survived by her brother Walter Fisher of Stockholm and her two sisters: Marlene Fisher of Ramsey and Violet Simpson of Kentucky. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Thomas in 1983 and her two sisters; Marguerite Maratene in 2000 and Muriel Irving in 2003. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 from the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff (vpfh.com). A funeral service celebrating Doris' life will take place on Wednesday, 10:00 AM at the funeral home followed by interment in Valleau Cemetery, Ridgewood.
