Obituary of Frank Sorgie

Sorgie, Frank, age 85, of Allendale, passed away on Monday, September 26th, 2016. Frank was born in Washington, PA and lived in Allendale since 1963. Frank was the Director of Corporate Commercial Services for CIBA – GEIGY Corporation in Ardsley, NY. He is survived by his sister, Beverly McGrath of Toms River, NJ, two grandchildren, Lindsay and Robert Keller, his niece, April Freestone and her husband, Kenneth, and their children Autumn and Jaiden. Also surviving is his “guardian angel” Doreen Holland. He was predeceased by his wife, Dawn, in 2012, and his daughter, Valorie, in 2013. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 29th from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 30th at 10am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, 234 Paramus Road, Paramus, NJ.
