Obituary of William Schwarz

SCHWARZ, William, age 95, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Mr. Schwarz was a member of Ramapo Reformed Church, Mahwah. He was a lifetime member of Paramus Fire Company 3. A native of Paramus, he farmed there for forty years as his father did before him. William was predeceased by his beloved wife Jeannette, his son William and his granddaughter Marguerite. He is survived by his son Roger and wife Marguerite, of Holland Township, his son Jack and wife Pat of Ramsey, his son Roy and wife Eileen of Mahwah, eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Visiting, Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Vander Plaat Funeral Home (www.vpfh.com), 257 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff. Funeral Service, Friday, 10:30 AM followed by interment at Valleau Cemetery, Ridgewood.
