Obituary of William D. Brown

William D. Brown, age 75, of Allendale, died Tuesday, March 20, 2018.  Born in Teaneck, NJ he was a long time resident of Allendale.  Bill was the owner and operator of Waldwick Pharmacy with his late wife Judy for 38 years.   He was a member of the Highlands Presbyterian Church in Allendale, NJ.  Surviving are his devoted children, William Brown and fiancée, Lori of Mahwah, NJ, Dr. Jeff Brown and his wife, Trish of Allentown, PA and Amy Brown of Allendale, NJ. Also surviving are his five loving grandchildren, Jacob, Madison, Bethany, Abby and Alex and his three sisters, Kathleen Alia, Elizabeth Bakker, Joyce Kramer and many nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his wife of 51 years, Judith Brown in 2017.  Visiting will be held on Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ.  Funeral Service Monday 10 am at the Funeral Home followed by the interment at George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Paramus.  In lieu of flowers donations to New Jersey Veterans Memorial Home at Paramus, 1 Veterans Drive, Paramus, NJ 07652 would be appreciated.
