Obituary of Joy McCracken

Joy McCracken, 62, of Wyckoff, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2018 surrounded by her family.  Born in Paterson, Joy lived in Midland Park before moving to Wyckoff 32 years ago.

Joy was a member of the Wyckoff Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary for 25 years and had served as secretary.  She was also a member of the Cornerstone Christian Church in Wyckoff.

She is survived by her loving husband Kevin, her children: Heather and her husband Michael Peer of Glen Rock, Beth and her husband Dan Haboob and Daniel McCracken, all of Wyckoff, three grandchildren: George and Charlie Peer, and Johanna Haboob.  Joy is also survived by her mother, Johanna Parker, her siblings: Donald Parker, Jill Van Der Werf and Susan Beaver and many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her father George Parker in 2003.    

Visiting hour for family and friends are Tuesday 4 - 8 pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home,  www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ.  There will be a private funeral service for the family.
