Obituary of Anthony F. Marangi

Anthony F. Marangi age 95 of Wyckoff died Wednesday, December 13, 2017. Born in East Orange he moved to Wyckoff in 1960.  Anthony was an Army veteran who served during WW II.

Anthony was the owner and operator of Marangi Sanitation, Paterson before his retirement.  He was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth’s RC Church, Wyckoff for over 50 years.  

Surviving is his beloved wife of 72 years, Frances (nee Danna) of Wyckoff, his children, Mary Frances Marangi of NYC and Joseph Marangi and his wife Mary of Franklin Lakes.   Also surviving are his three grandchildren, Christopher Marangi and his wife Siobhan, Daniel Marangi and his wife Elizabeth and Matthew Marangi;  his six great grandchildren, Catriona, Francesca, Moira, Antonia, Grace and Joseph.

Visiting,  Sunday, 2-6 pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ.  Funeral Mass Monday 10 am at St. Elizabeth’s RC Church, 700 Wyckoff Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ.  Interment to follow at Christ the King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes.
