Obituary of Geraldine Marion Rutz

Geraldine Marion Rutz (nee Rose), 77, a resident of Wyckoff, NJ, passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2017.  She was born in Hackensack to Bernice and Charles Rose.  A graduate of Ramapo High School, class of 1958, and was employed by the A & P business office in Paterson prior to raising her family.

She is survived by her loving husband Robert M. Rutz, three children Robert C. Rutz of Wyckoff, Christine and her husband Tom Penna of Midland Park, Linda L. Rutz of Wyckoff, her beautiful English Setter Lucy and grand-horse Zip. She is also survived by her siblings Raymond Rose, Patricia Javenes, David Rose and her dear cousins Bonnie Ward and Sharon Coppola.

The Rutz family will receive friends on Monday, May 8th from 2:00 until 4:00 and 7:00 until 9:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ 07481. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 9th, 11:00 AM at the funeral home.  Interment will follow in the Wyckoff Reformed Church Cemetery.
