Obituary of Frances Palmisano

Frances Palmisano passed away peacefully on Monday, May 1, 2017 at her residence in Franklin Lakes, NJ. She was 103. Born in North Bergen, NJ, she was a resident of Cape Coral, FL, before moving back to Franklin Lakes. Frances was a self-employed seamstress. She is predeceased by her husband Leonard Palmisano and survived by her son John Palmisano, his wife Susan; daughter Judi Brodhead, her husband Keith; 4 Grandchildren: Dina, John, Keith and Dawn; ten great-grandchildren; brother Raymond Lovecchio and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 5, 2017 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. with a funeral service commencing at 2 p.m. at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, (vpfh.com), 257 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Frances’ memory may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Tribute Program, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142.
