Obituary of Katherine Dellas

Katherine Dellas, 77, of Long Beach Township, NJ, died on Thursday, March 30, 2017. Born in Volos, Greece, and has lived in Pearl River, NY and Long Beach Township, NJ. She was a Manager of Clinical Research support staff for Lederle Laboratories in Pearl River, NY for almost 30 years, and then went to PAR Pharmaceuticals until her retirement. She was an active member of Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church in West Nyack, NY and St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Wyckoff, NJ. She is survived by her husband James, her daughter Lisa and her husband Rick Jankun of New City, NY, son George and his wife Kim of Rochester, MA, and 5 grandchildren: Molly, Patrick, Sam, Jake, and Hadley and 1 great grandson, Cruz. Visiting hours are Tuesday 2 – 4 & 7 - 9 pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, 10:00 am at the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 467 Grandview Ave, Wyckoff, NJ. Interment will follow at Ascension Cemetery in Monsey, NY.
