Obituary of Jean B Johnson

Johnson, Jean B. (nee Beresford) age 67 of New Fairfield, CT died Tuesday, February 14, 2017. Born in East Orange, NJ Jean lived in Northern California and Allendale, NJ before moving to New Fairfield, CT 19 years ago. Jean was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Allendale, NJ. Surviving is her husband of 19 years, Allan G. Johnson of New Fairfield, CT, her daughter, Katherine and her husband Carl Stech of Madison, NJ and her son, Matthew J. Nikkari. Also surviving are her two grandchildren, Eric Allan Stech and Penny Jean Stech, her two step-sons, Kenneth G. Johnson and Michael E. Johnson and her sister, Christianne Gerken and her husband Harry of Randolph, NJ. A Requiem Mass will be held on Monday at 10 am at Trinity Episcopal Church, 55 George St. Allendale, NJ. Interment will follow at Redeemer Cemetery, Mahwah, NJ. Memorial Contributions to the American Cancer Society, 20 Mercer Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601 would be appreciated, also flowers for the funeral can be sent to Trinity Episcopal Church on Monday morning.
