Obituary of Michael A. Lefebvre

Michael A. Lefebvre passed away peacefully on Friday, October 21, 2016 at the age of 81. Born in Paterson, NJ, he was raised in Fair Lawn, NJ, and graduated from Fair Lawn High School in 1953. Michael was a longtime resident of Hohokus, NJ. Michael proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Before retiring, Michael was a Mechanical Draftsman at Burns and Roe Power Engineers in Oradell, NJ. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Elaine Lefebvre; three sons: Kenneth R., his wife Donna, Craig M., his fiancée Yvonne Fircus and Brian S., his wife Natalie; a grandson Justin and two granddaughters: Yasmin and Sophie. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2016, from 2-5 p.m. at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, (vpfh.com), 257 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff. The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. on Monday in the funeral home. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
