Obituary of Jean L. Merboth

Merboth, Jean L. (Morey) passed away peacefully Saturday, April 30, 2016, at the age of 94. Born in Paterson, she lived in Glen Rock before moving to Ridgewood in 1949. Jean graduated from Ridgewood High School (class of 1939) and Ridgewood Secretarial School, and was employed for many years by Federal Electric Corp. She was predeceased by her parents Ada (Burrows) and Dr. John Morey, who was a Ridgewood ophthalmologist, and her loving son John, a U.S. Marine Lance Corporal and recipient of two purple hearts while in combat in Vietnam.
